After came back from Pr 14, I have got a Very strong feeling of making Malaysian food Proud, no matter how small it is.
Our aim is to cook and host family-like feats for all my Malaysian friends, Asian friends and of course all the food lover in UK.

As a Malaccan Kampung Boy by upbringing, I was filled with all these mixture cultures of Malay, Chinese and Indian; also some influence from the trace of Portuguese, Dutch, and British as Malacca has been conquered by.
Growing up by tasting all the delicious street food of Chinese, Malay and Indian .The passion of good tasting food has rooted in my heart from then. Nevertheless, after stayed in japan in the 80S, as following the Look East Policy by government. The concept of respect on ingredients in Japanese cuisine has brought the massive influence of my cooking style. Love of Taste, the passion of food
