MITARASHI DANKO : Grilled dessert

3 flavors on one skewer

white – original : rice flavor dumpling with tofu, pleasantly chewy and has a little spring in each bite

Black – black sesame : mix with blended black sesame

Green- Pandan:  A plant is grown widely throughout Southeast Asia, the green juice acquired from its leaf is used extensively flavouring agents that gave pleasant aroma 

The sauce : shiny caramel colored sauce combined with honey and mirin (which is called mitarashi sauce) is sweet and savory at the same time(from the soy sauce which made the colour too)

OUR VERSION : TOPPING WITH PEANUT ,SESAME AND SUGAR TO GIVE A EXTRA CRUNCHINESS

Salmon jerky is launching 2023

Scottish salmon is carefully chosen and processing in Midlands. The salmon is then mix with squid and others herb such as lemon grass ,lime leave etc 

traditional charcoal technique is used for the final touch. A layer of sweet chilli sauce is applied  while grilling 

After waiting almost for a year, this idea from regular Evonne luong in 2021(she bought a salmon jerky from Asda for us to try,and asked: ‘can you guys make this?’)

We tried 3 version to finally finalize the recipe

The worry thing for us is actually the nutrition test result. We kept thinking after all the complicated process and the charcoal grilling

Is it still has Omega 3? Luckily the result was yes, 0.9g for every 100g

When grilled, chicken satay has a pleasantly smoky flavor. Our chicken satay is flavored with shallot, garlic &turmeric ,a touch of Korean chili flakes that gives our satay a spicy kick .
